 About the Bakery

Q: Are you a licensed home bakery?
A: Yes, we operate under Arizona cottage food laws and meet all health and safety requirements.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based in Phoenix, AZ. Pickup and delivery options are available—see below for details.

Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: No, we are a home-based bakery and do not have a physical storefront. All orders are pre-ordered and either picked up or delivered.


 Ordering & Customization

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order through our website (www.katiekcookiesandcakes.com) social media (Instagram: @katiekcookiesandcakes, Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/people/Katie-Ks-Cookies-and-Cakes) or by calling/texting (913-579-6928). Orders require a minimum 48 hours notice.

Q: Do you offer custom cakes?
A: Yes! We offer flavor customized cakes and cupcakes. Please contact us with your ideas and we’ll work with you to create the perfect treat.

Q: How much does and 8" and 10" cake serve?

A: An 8" cake serves 20-24 people. A 10" cake serves 28-38 people.


 Menu & Dietary Options

Q: Do you have a menu or price list?
A: Yes, you can view our full menu and pricing on our website or by requesting a digital copy via message.

Q: Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly options?
A: We offer limited allergy-friendly options, please call or message with dietary restrictions. However, our kitchen is not allergen-free and may contain traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.


 Pickup & Delivery

Q: Do you ship?
A: At this time, we only ship our cookies.

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! Free delivery is available within 15 miles of zip code 85085.

Delivery with fee available within 30 miles of zip code 85085.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, pickup is available at 1727 W Desperado Way, Phoenix AZ 85085. We’ll coordinate a specific pickup time once your order is confirmed.


 Payment & Policies

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, credit/debit cards, etc.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Orders canceled less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery will not receive a refund. Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change.


 Events & Bulk Orders

Q: Do you do weddings, birthdays, or corporate events?
A: Absolutely! We can deliver large orders, however we do not cater. Please reach out early to secure your date and discuss details.

Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
A: Yes, for certain items and quantities. Contact us for more information on bulk orders.

Q: Can I see photos of your work?
A: Definitely! Check out our gallery on Instagram/Facebook at @katiekcookiesandcakes for past creations and inspiration.

Q: Can you replicate a cake from a photo I found?
A: We’ll do our best to match the style while adding our own touch. However, we do not copy other bakers’ work exactly out of respect for their artistry.
